The Wardwell stand will showcase the latest addition to its renowned Speedmaster line: the 24-carrier Speedmaster Wire Braider model 2M. Attendees are invited to inspect this popular unit, which delivers exceptional value at a modest price and features a motorized capstan for electronic pitch selection, an enhanced sound enclosure with light and exhaust fan, automatic lubrication, empty bobbin detection, a longitudinal taping attachment, and more. The displayed model will include an integrated payoff mechanism for reels up to 640 mm. Also on display will be the W6-640 model, equipped with a rolling-ring style traverse, hydraulic lift, adjustable wind-up tension, reel arbor, and full safety guarding.

As cables vary in diameter, effective shielding requires braiding machines with different carrier configurations. To meet this need, Wardwell expanded its complete braiding solutions offering through the acquisition of Cobra Braiding Machinery. This addition enables Wardwell to offer high-capacity options such as the 48-carrier, high-speed maypole-style braider, which accommodates the standard Wardwell bobbin and provides up to 95% coverage on cables up to 1 inch in diameter. The displayed WC-48C model is equipped with an integrated payoff for 800 DIN reels and an attached motor driven take-up for 500 mm reels.
