- New Horizontal Harness Braider
Wardwell introduces a new Horizontal Harness Braider for wire and textile harness constructions. The horizontal configuration is ideal for working on hand manipulated harnesses where the operator is positioned ergonomically. The operator controls the braiding speed via foot potentiometer while pulling the harness through at the desired rate for optimal coverage. The braider is fully enclosed for noise abatement with 3 doors for easy access and equipped with self-lubricating nylon horn gears.

Wardwell introduces new motorized capstan option for the Rapid Braider and Speedmaster deflector braiders.

Double Deck braiding system capable of controlling any two braider heads, “in-line”, from our Speedmaster or Rapid catalogue (16C, 16LB or 24C carrier configurations). This modular design can be customized with the optimum head combination that best suits your production demands. This advanced technology allows the braider to effectively be run in 3 modes; Upper Head Only, Lower Head Only, or Double Deck.
