Wardwell introduces a Central Lubrication System for the 16C Rapid Braider. A proven design, which has been supplied on our 16C/16LB and 24C Speedmaster models for many years. This system ensures proper lubrication to critical head components, limiting downtime and excessive part wear.

• Meter oil precisely and continuously to the Cam Ring, Driver Bars and Track Plate
• Extends life of critical head components
• Our central lubrication system is available as a Retrofit Kit for machines without a beater vibrator set-up (New center tube assembly and drive plate cover is required)

• In order to offer central lubrication, the Rapid Braider is supplied with a redesigned center tube assembly and a Speedmaster driver plate cover
• The oil cup and driver plate cover cap is eliminated
• The beater vibrator attachment is not available with this configuration

• Our 1” I.D. center tube assembly is supplied with a removeable insert
• Inserts are available in a variety of sizes to accomodate specific core and taping needs.
• Inserts are interchangeable with all new 16C braider models and 24C models with a 1” I.D. center tube set up
